The Disputifier platform is so intuitive. It’s a far cry from the chargeback management systems we’re used to. The ease of onboarding merchants, identifying when alerts are live, and automating refunds / credits make everything just a step ahead of services we’ve used in the past. Highly recommend.
We’ve been using Disputifier the past 6 months or so and everything has been going extremely smooth. Chargebacks are being greatly reduced, merchants are happy, and we’re not having to actively manage much. Their team is very responsive and will occasionally have things they need our help with, but for the most part everything is automated.

Yes! We integrate with and support all major gateways, CRMs, and payment platforms. If your merchants use NMI, Authorize.net, IRIS, or one of dozens of other platforms, we can support them.
Nope and nope! You can choose to enable whitelabeling at any time within your portal. We don’t charge any extra fees for whitelabeling.
We never charge monthly fees or minimums. We only charge on a per-chargeback or per-alert basis. This means you only pay when we’re making you profit and providing value to your merchants.
